portland

BJ and I took a quick trip to Portland a couple weekends ago since I had an (unexpected) weekend off coordinating weddings.  My husband loves beer more than…well a lot. I think there were more photos of beer the beers we drank than there were of the two of us. Here are a few photos from our trip with my narration below.

We brought our bikes so we could look like Portlanders.

Side note: I love to have photos from our trips of the two of us, makes sense, no? In order to make this happen you have two options: ask a stranger to take a pic or do the stretch arm self-portrait.  We opt for the second most of the time, hence, why we have a lot of the same picture of the two of us.  I guess we’ll just have to suffer through it until the paparazzi start following us around…

Rachel and Bj – this looks like a great trip. I don’t know how BJ finds beer everywhere but he does. We found the 1664 beer we drank in Paris at our local 1000 beer store.

Donuts and bacon looks like a great combo. I think I could eat bacon with just about anything.

    Love,
    Dad
