kristin & josh: lynden wedding

The wedding photos from this past summer’s wedding season are starting to come in and I just had to share some of them with you all. Elizabeth Anne Designs featured our work on Kristin and Josh’s Lynden wedding.

Kristin and Josh’s wedding was quite the affair. The ceremony was held at their church in Lynden and the reception was held in her parent’s backyard. ABC Rentals built quite the space for the reception- we used a 50′ x 140′ white tent with a custom built floor for dinner and dancing for over 400 guests. Since it rained all day the day of the wedding we added  clear top tents to cover the buffet area and another for the soft seating, bars and dessert buffet.

Kristin came to us with her favorite color- turquoise and Steve accented it with lime green and lots of white. The design was mostly modern with little punches of vintage in lanterns, votives and candlesticks.

Make sure you check out the full post on Elizabeth Anne Designs. It shows the details of the shoes, the dress, the candy buffet, everything!

We had such a blast working with Kristin and her parents. (Yes, both of them were involved, almost equally!) Despite the downpour Kristin and Josh embraced their day and made everything special. Congratulations, you two!

PS: I have never seen a bride look absolutely flawless the way Kristin did- all day- in the rain. Props to you, girl!

PPS: Michele M. Waite, thanks again for the images and somehow managing to always get our work featured out there on the blogs! 🙂 Oh, and for Kristin and Josh’s post on Michele’s blog, click here.
